These Terms & Conditions apply to westnordvelourfashionhub.com and to every purchase made through it. The website and the sales are operated by Gem Trail Inc, trading as Westnord Velour Fashion Hub, at 5142 N Academy Blvd Unit #4293 Colorado Springs, CO 80918 USA. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to buy from this website. When you place an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the payment method you use is yours, or is used with the account holder’s permission.
2. Orders and prices
Prices are in United States dollars and apply to the single item shown on its product page. The price on the product page is the price charged at checkout. We show no comparison price and apply no automatic discount. Prices may change, but the price in effect when you place an order is the price charged for that order.

Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated at checkout from your shipping address and added to the totals above.
3. Billing descriptor
Your statement will show this charge under the name westnordvelourfashionh.
If you do not recognize a charge, call (844) 720-1126 or write to info@westnordvelourfashionhub.com before you contact your bank. We can usually identify the order faster than a dispute can be processed.
4. Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Each order is a single payment, taken once at checkout. We do not offer subscriptions, memberships, or recurring charges. Your card is charged once, when you place the order, for the total shown on the checkout page. There is no membership, no trial period, no automatic renewal, and no stored future charge.
By accepting the agreement at checkout you authorize Gem Trail Inc to charge your card the single total shown at that moment, including sales tax where it applies. If the card is declined, no order is placed.
5. Shipping and handling
Shipping and handling are included in the price of every item, with no minimum order and no surcharge for size or weight. Orders leave our fulfillment center within one business day by USPS Priority Mail and usually arrive in two to five business days. We deliver within the United States only.

6. Returns and refunds
Unworn pieces with the tags attached may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Refunds go to the original payment method. The procedure, and the items that cannot be returned, are set out on the Refund Policy page.
7. Product descriptions
Each piece is described with its fiber content, fabric weight and measurements in inches. Natural fibers and dyed cloth vary slightly from piece to piece, and screens show color differently. Such variation is not a defect, although the return window applies if the piece does not suit you.
8. Privacy
Personal information will not be shared with Third Parties. The full Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the liability of Gem Trail Inc for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms removes a right you hold under consumer protection law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
