This policy describes what Gem Trail Inc, trading as Westnord Velour Fashion Hub and operating westnordvelourfashionhub.com, collects from you, why it is collected, and what happens to it. It covers this website and the customer care channels listed at the end.

1. What we collect

• Contact details: name, email address, telephone number and shipping address, taken at checkout so that we can complete and deliver an order.
• Order details: the pieces, sizes and quantities you chose, and the order total.
• Payment details: card information is sent over an encrypted connection and checked before an order is placed. We do not keep a full card number on our own systems after the order is processed.
• Messages: anything you send through the contact form, by email or by telephone, kept so we can answer you.
• Technical data: the server logs and browser storage the site needs to keep your bag and wishlist working.

2. How we use it

We use your information to take and ship orders, send order and tracking notices, process returns and refunds, answer your questions, prevent fraud, and meet our tax and accounting duties. We send no marketing messages unless you ask us to.

3. Third Parties

Personal information will not be shared with Third Parties.

A small number of providers help us run the shop: a payment provider that takes card payments, a shipping carrier that delivers parcels, and an email provider that sends order notices. Each receives only what it needs for its task, is bound by contract to use it for that task alone, and may not use it for its own purposes.

The only other disclosure we would make is one required by a valid court order, subpoena or similar legal process.

4. Cookies and browser storage

The site uses cookies and browser storage to keep your bag and wishlist between visits and to keep checkout working. Both are kept in your browser rather than in an account. You can clear them through your browser settings, which also empties your bag.

5. Security

Every page of the site, including checkout, is served over HTTPS. Access to order records is limited to staff who need them to fill orders or answer customer care requests.

6. Your choices
